Hi, this is Peter Wolfgram and I'm not sure I'm ready. I realized sometime in July that I would spend Spring Break in the Netherlands and I accepted it as fact. So this is no spur of the moment trip for me. But since I've been living with this choice for a while I haven't thought about it much. So it's three days before the trip begins and I'm trying to figure out why exactly I'm going! Here are my big three reasons so far, in no specific order.
--- The changes in Europe's spiritual life today and throughout history are fascinating and disconcerting.
--- I'm scared of people different from me. I think God wants to change that.
--- At least at GVSU, some college students live on the edge of Christian communities without even knowing these people and their hope exist. It doesn't have to be this way. God will change this too.
--- I want to travel overseas before I graduate in April.
Ok that was four reasons.
